24 October : Installation of outdoor works commences, Indoor Gallery works received
30 October : Installation of outdoor works complete
31 October - 3 November : Exhibition photography and collector sales preview tours
3 - 18 November : NZSoS Exhibition at Fort Takapuna
19 - 20 November : De-installation of outdoor works and collection
The curators will make the final decision on locations for all selected works based on the nature of the art works, site
suitability, the overall exhibition design, and due consideration of public safety and care for the environment.
By submitting a proposal for the exhibition the artist is granting NZSoS the right to reproduce images of the finished
artwork for the exhibition catalogue, publicity, advertising, website, documentary, promotional video, exhibition or
archival purposes in any manner connected with the exhibition or its sponsors.
All visual and audio equipment is the responsibility of the artist to procure and install.
TRANSPORTATION OF THE WORK.
Transportation of the selected works to the site and removal of unsold works will be the artist’s responsibility unless
otherwise agreed. Removal of sold works is the responsibility of the buyer.
SECURITY & INSURANCE.
The site will be fully fenced and monitored 24 hours/day by a professional security firm. Public liability insurance
will be provided but further insurance of the work is the artist’s responsibility.
COMMISSION ON SALES.
All work exhibited will be for sale and the NZSoS commission rate on sales will be 35% including GST if the artist
is GST registered. All proceeds from the sale of artwork go to NZ Women’s Refuge.
Artists are invited to propose works for the on-site sculpture gallery.
