Art Sculpture School Tours - Book now

NZ Sculpture OnShore is delighted to deliver its School Tours Programme designed to inspire young sculptors and artists through the world of 3 dimensional art. The Programme offers students and teenagers the opportunity to experience the largest collection of outdoor sculptures in NZ. We hope to encourage students to develop an appreciation of sculpture and expand their own creative talents.

This programme has been developed over the course of NZ Sculpture OnShore’s history and now offers 8 days of opportunity for Auckland primary, intermediate and high schools to attend. The exhibition is staged on North Shore's stunning clifftop reserve at O Peretu, Fort Takapuna, Devonport.

Education specialists have created a programme which is tailored for varying student age groups. Teachers are provided with comprehensive resources to encourage students to develop their responses to sculpture through interactive and informative activities. The pack includes suggested activities for pre-visit preparation, on-site discussion and post-visit follow up ideas. Teachers organise and lead their groups around the exhibition.
